It is the post office, enough said.

I couldn’t have felt less welcome at what I thought was going to be a charming post office. Small little homey feel but only until you interact with someone at the desk. My question was not difficult but appeared to be quite a burden for her. It was all she could do to hand me the postage and then wave her hand to the mail slot because apparently it was too hard for her to stamp the 3 envelopes in question and set them in the bin right next to her.
